Prakash has strong financial and technical background, involved in diverse industrial sectors including energy, renewable/alternative energy, water, waste management, telecommunications and IT, manufacturing, built environment and infrastructure in a career spanning over 38 years. He has worked in South Africa for Aurecon as a Business Analyst and for Motorola in Lagos, Nigeria and Roncucci and Partners in Italy amongst others.

He also has vast experience business planning and technical & financial modelling, planning and strategies for projects and businesses, project and programme management, supply chain management.  Prakash has attended the University of South Africa where he studied a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (B.Com). 

He completed a Management and leadership program. Prakash has completed courses in Oracle Financial, Order to Cash, Project Accounting Systems, ISO. He has worked across Middle East, Africa and Europe which has given him an understanding of results oriented, international professionalism with areas of expertise across strategic consulting, incubation and business development, A result oriented international professional with areas of expertise across strategic consulting, incubation and growing of new business concepts, market research and analysis, operational execution and planning and all aspects of finance.
